Sharon McKenzie, R.T. (R)(T) is a Senior Consultant
with Coding Strategies, Inc. (CSI) in Atlanta,
GA. Mrs. McKenzie has over 28 years of experience in the medical
field. Her areas of expertise include Radiology, Radiation Oncology,
and healthcare management/administration and consulting.
Her healthcare administration experience includes all operational
responsibilities for administration and management of two radiation
oncology facilities, a Gamma Knife Center, Tumor Registry (Cancer
Information Management) and an Out Patient Infusion Center.
As a consultant she coordinates and performs audits, training
and billing, coding seminars and management of radiation oncology
facilities across the United States.
Sharon
has a certificate in Radiation Therapy from the Medical University
of South Carolina, Radiotherapy Program, and a certificate in
Radiology from Crawford W. Long School of Radiologic Technology
in Atlanta, GA. She is a Registered Radiologic Technologist
and Radiation Therapist ARRT R.T.( R) (T). She is also a national
speaker at ASRT, SROA and other organizations.
